Instructions
  1. Grease the muffin tin with some of the coconut oil
  2. Puree the fresh strawberries in the food processor until it becomes a paste
  3. Mix all the cupcake ingredients (Vanilla protein, baking powder, strawberry puree, egg whites, cup skim milk, coconut oil, baking Truvia) together in a bowl
  4. Distribute the batter evenly in greased muffin tin
  5. Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
  6. Whip frosting ingredients (Butter, cream cheese, Truvia) with a fork vigorously until smooth
  7. Top cooled down cupcakes with frosting
