Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large (1-3/8" dia) strawberries
- 1/3 cup (8 fl oz) water
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
- 4 g honey
- 1.25 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
- 0.2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 0.3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Yerba Prima Psyllium Whole Husks
- 1.333 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Kirkland Signature Egg Whites
- 2.5 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 4 g (just over 1/2 tsp) honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla whey
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup water (add slowly while mixing to allow the coconut flour/psyllium husk to absorb the water - aim for a slightly runny consistency)

Instructions
- frozen strawberry microwaved for ~35s
- Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat.
Recipe Notes
I topped mine with a protein peanut sauce, greek yogurt, banana + strawberry microwaved together and banana slices!
